The question of how best to regulate home sharing in New South Wales has been debated and deliberated on at great length by the Parliament and Government. The NSW Government should be commended for listening to the views of the community.
After nearly three years of exhaustive consultation, the time has come to embrace home sharing and the benefits it brings to everyday people, families and local communities in NSW.
Our community’s message to the NSW Government is simple – let’s keep the doors open to home sharing in NSW and the thousands of hosts and small businesses who depend on it.
People have voted with their feet on this issue. It’s time for the Government to act and give the community the clarity and certainty it needs.
